Bookings & Payment
A 50% advance payment would be required to confirm your reservation. The balance would be payable at the time of check-in. Please send us a booking request on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you our account details for making the payment. Please attach valid government-issued photo ids and address proofs along with the booking request. PAN Card is not accepted as a valid identity card. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel the booking if we suspect that the customer might behave inappropriately with our staff, or indulge in unacceptable activities during their stay with us.
Check-in time is 2 PM and check-out time is 11 AM Please carry the IDs and address proofs shared with us over the email to show to our staff at the premises. If your booking has been paid for by credit/ debit card, the cardholder should be present at the time of check-in. This is to avoid credit card fraud.
Cancellations can be made by calling us at +91 99299 99403 or writing to us at email@example.com . The minimum cancellation charge is 15% of the advance paid. Cancellations made within 15 days of arrival date would be 50% of the advance paid. No shows or cancellations made within 7 days of arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the advance paid.
Amendments in bookings are possible on request. However, please note that changes in pax or duration of stay, or dates of your reservation may result in a change in tariffs.
